JA Titan

Volunteer with JA!

Give students high-level leadership experience without the high-stakes risks. JA Titan is an interactive web-based business simulation where high school students compete as companies in a fictitious market. Students make executive decisions to discover the many triumphs and challenges faced by senior management.

More than Just a Game

As a realistic online simulation, JA Titan challenges students to navigate the dynamic changes of our technology-driven global marketplace. Students plan and execute each aspect of a virtual company's strategy -- price, production, marketing, capital investment, and research and development. Inspiring business results are just a mouse-click away.

  • Make critical economic and management decisions

  • Systematically solve virtual business challenges

  • Strive for maximum performance in a competitive environment

  • Master key business strategies within a management team

Your Junior Achievement Experience

Like other Junior Achievement programs, JA Titan is curriculum-linked, student centred and skills focused. It can be delivered by a qualified business volunteer online and in-class in 8 instructional modules, at no cost to schools or groups.

Students Achieve:

  • Advanced understanding and appreciation of business and economics

  • Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving effectiveness

  • Motivation to pursue a career and confidence in the ability to contribute in the workplace
