Junior Achievement of Nova Scotia
Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame
The Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame was established by Junior Achievement in 1993 to recognize the achievements of business leaders in our province and to inspire the young people whom JA work with to careers in business. Each year, Laureates are inducted to the Hall of Fame during a gala fundraising dinner. The funds raised go to support the programs of Junior Achievement. The single most important factor in the success of the Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame is the continued support of the Board of Governors. Membership on the Board of Governors requires that the organization commit to purchasing a table at the event, the Governor representative personally attends the dinner and the organization hosts an Achiever at their table. In 2010, we are pleased to be inducting three proud Nova Scotian business leaders: - the late Bruce Murray, Advocate Printing & Publishing
- J. William (Bill) Ritchie
- Annette Verschuren, The Home Depot Canada
